Knitter’s Gift Box

I designed and made every tool in this set in my workshop. Together, they’re a practical collection for checking yarn and tension, keeping track of a cast-on, and marking your place in a project.

Inside the box

4 × 4 inch tension ruler
Use the square opening to measure a tension swatch and check your stitch and row count against your pattern.

WPI yarn gauge
Wrap yarn around the gauge to count its wraps per inch and get an idea of its thickness. It includes a guide to common UK yarn weights and their US equivalents.

Six sheep stitch markers with a wooden storage holder
Use the markers to keep your place as you knit, then store them on the holder between projects.

Numbered cast-on stitch markers, 10 to 100
Place them at intervals as you cast on to help keep track of your stitch count.

Two handmade 20 mm maple buttons
Each button is laser marked with “Handmade with love”.

The set comes in a small box used for postage.
